How do refunds work?
All purchases in Gummy Drop are processed through the app store used to install the game (for example Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, or Microsoft Store).
Because of this, Gummy Drop Support cannot issue refunds directly.
If you would like to request a refund, you must contact the app store where the purchase was made. The store reviews each request individually and decides whether the refund can be approved.
Important: Gummy Drop Support cannot approve, deny, or process refunds.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact the app store where the purchase was made using the appropriate link below.
- Apple App Store. Request a refund through Apple’s refund portal.
- Google Play. Request a refund through your Google Play purchase history.
- Amazon Appstore. Request a refund through Amazon customer support or your Amazon account purchase history.
- Microsoft Store. Request a refund through Microsoft account purchase history.
Important: Gummy Drop Customer Support cannot issue refunds manually if the app store has not approved them.

Can Customer Support help with refunds?
No. Customer Support cannot process or influence refunds.
