I didn’t receive my purchase. What should I do?
If you made a purchase but didn’t receive the items in the game, please follow these steps:
- Fully close and reopen the game
- In many cases, purchases are delivered after restarting the app.
- Check your internet connection
- A stable connection is required for purchases to sync with the game servers.
- Wait a few minutes
- Sometimes app store purchases may take a short time to be delivered.
If the purchased items still do not appear, please contact Customer Support and include the following information:
- Your User ID (in-game ID)
- A copy or screenshot of the purchase receipt from your app store
- Order number / transaction ID
- Name or description of the purchased item or package
With this information, our support team will investigate the issue and do everything possible to deliver your purchase.
Purchases are processed by the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Microsoft Store).
We cannot manually speed up store processing without purchase confirmation.
