If your game progress seems to be missing, it usually means the game is not currently connected to the account where your progress was saved.
In Gummy Drop!, progress is saved only when your game is linked to an account, such as Facebook. Game Center does not save progress in this game.
How progress is saved
- Progress is stored when your game is connected to Facebook or a game account.
- If the game is not connected, progress is saved only on that device.
- Reinstalling the game, switching devices, or logging out may cause unlinked progress to disappear.
Try this first
- Open Gummy Drop!
- Tap the connection icon in the bottom-right corner of the intro screen.
- Sign in using the same account you were previously connected to:
- Facebook, if your game was linked to Facebook
- Game account email, if you used one
After signing in, your progress should reload automatically
If your progress does not return
Your progress may not be recoverable if:
- the game was never linked to an account
- the game was linked to a different Facebook account
- the account was logged out or changed before reinstalling the game
If you’re unsure which account was used, you can contact support for help. Be ready to provide any details you remember, such as:
- your Passport Number (if available)
- the last city or level you played
- the device you were using
