Signing in is the only way to make sure your progress in Gummy Drop! is safely saved and can be restored if something happens to your device.
If you play without signing in, your progress is stored only on your current device and may be lost if the game is removed or the device is changed
Why signing in is important
When you sign in, you can:
- Save your progress to your account
- Restore your progress on a new device
- Continue playing after reinstalling the game
- Use the same progress across multiple devices
How progress is saved in Gummy Drop!
- Progress is saved when your game is connected to an account (for example, Facebook).
- If the game is not connected, progress is saved locally on your device only.
- If local data is removed, unlinked progress cannot be recovered.
How to sign in
- There are two ways to access the sign-in screen.
From the title screen
- Open Gummy Drop!
- On the title screen, tap the connection icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Choose a sign-in option and follow the on-screen steps.
From inside the game
- Open Gummy Drop!
- From the world map or any city map, tap the gear icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Tap Connect.
- Choose a sign-in option and follow the on-screen steps.
Available sign-in options
Depending on your device, you may see:
- Sign in with Facebook
- Sign in with Apple (available on iOS devices only)
Make sure you sign in using the same account you originally used to save your progress.
Important notes
- Signing in after progress is already lost will only restore progress if it was previously saved to that account.
- Signing in with a different account will load the progress linked to that account, not your previous one.
- If you are unsure which account you used, try signing in with any account you may have connected before.

If you can’t restore your progress after signing in, contact Customer Support and include any details you remember, such as:
- your Passport Number (if available)
- the last city or level you played
- the device you were using
