Your email address is linked to the account you use to sign in to Gummy Drop.
How you update it depends on how your game is connected.
If your game is connected to Facebook
Gummy Drop uses the email address from your Facebook account.
To update it:
- Change your email address directly in your Facebook account settings
- Fully close Gummy Drop
- Open the game again and sign in with Facebook
Once you sign in again, the updated email address will be used automatically.
If the change doesn’t appear right away:
- Sign out of the game
- Restart your device
- Sign in again with Facebook
If your game is linked to an old or unused Facebook account
If you no longer have access to the Facebook account your game is linked to, Customer Support will need to help manually.
Before contacting Support, prepare:
- Your current User ID
- Your old User ID (if available)
- The email address you want to use
- Details about your progress (last city, level, purchases, unlocked features)
Customer Support may need to move your progress to a new account.
Important: A perfect copy of progress cannot be guaranteed, but Support will do their best to restore your account.
If you recently changed your Facebook email
If you updated your email on Facebook and the game doesn’t recognize it yet:
- Sign out of Gummy Drop
- Sign out of the Facebook app
- Fully close both apps
- Open Gummy Drop and sign in again with Facebook
This refreshes the connection.
Important notes
- You cannot change your email directly inside the game
- Email changes always depend on your sign-in method
- For account recovery or progress issues, always include your User ID when contacting Support
